Former Brixton ‘Restraints & Death’s in Custody’ IPCC man hit by sex scandal and corruption allegations.

Marcia Kia Simpson-James..

IPCC - The Independent Police Complaints Commission.

‘Nicky’Longthing., the Shooter: Raoul Moat after his release by British police and the ‘Lover’ Mrs Cook & Curry up.

The IPCC’s Nicky Longthing became very close to Mrs Cook & Curry up after working together in Brixton, Lambeth, London and Nottingham.

Expense claims submitted by Mr Longthing show that he has spent hundreds of pounds of taxpayers’ money on first-class train tickets to visit Loughborough, where Mrs Cook & Curry up ,42  used to live with her estranged husband ‘Jazzi’. Former CPS lawyer, Mrs Cook & Curry up, like Nicky Longthing, is also an IPCC commissioner.

Mr Longthing is responsible for overseeing IPCC police investigations in the north of England, whilst Mrs Cook & Curry up ‘performs’ the same duties in Central England, travelling all over the country as part of her night work.

The public were recently informed that Mr Longthing and Mrs Cook & Curry up divide their time between their homes in York and her home in Loughborough. These travel arrangements have complicated Mr Longthing’s IPCC investigations into the recent death of shooter Raoul Moat.

The IPCC has strenuously defended ‘Nicky’s’ first class expenses, claiming the couple have saved the country time and money while on their ‘business’’.

The IPCC confirmed that ‘Nicky’ had claimed hundreds of pounds in expenses, to travel first class to Loughborough, and had stayed at Mrs Cook & Curry up’s home. They said, ‘it was cheaper to let him sleep in her bed than for him to stay in a London hotel or return to York.

Last night, Mrs Cook & Curry up’s former husband, ‘Jazzi’, complained that he had been a fool for letting Mr Longthing stay in the family home whilst he was there. He said that he had been ‘concerned’ over her intimate friendship with Mr Longthing.

‘Jazzi’, in his forties, said ‘We split because the marriage “broke down”... I asked for a divorce after witnessing their ‘friendliness’...  I am deeply ashamed, I have been cuckolded by an old man’.

‘Jazzi’ went on to say that Mrs Cook & Curry up had brushed aside his concerns over her relationship with the elderly Mr Longthing. He said ‘she told me that there was nothing to their relationship, and that he was a lovely “daadaa” (grandfather) with a gentle touch’.

He went on: ‘She was always texting “daadaa”, even at the dinner table. It made me sick. She would go on ‘away days’ and not tell me where she and “daadaa” were going. She even refused to tell me which hotel they were staying in.

‘On one occasion one of her work colleagues rang to ask where she was, it was then that my suspicions were confirmed’.

‘Nicky even stayed for two nights at our house once. He told me that he had missed his train, but by the second night I knew that they planned it together’. I noticed that she always acted very strangely around him. She was always giggling with him. When he wasn’t there, she was always depressed, and always trying to contact him to make ‘appointments’ with him.

Mrs Cook & Curry up’s still shocked former husband, continued: ‘In my culture,(Asian) we are taught to respect older people, but that changed when on the second night of him staying at my home, I overheard a conversation he had with his wife Anna. She was angry, and asking him where he was. He told her that he would not be home that evening. Mrs Longthing shouted down the phone, “You are not still with her”. ‘Mr Longthing’s face turned red with embarassment. It was as if he was a little boy’.

‘I challenged my wife on this conversation and she said, “Don’t be silly, you know he is our “daadaa”. It was soon after that humiliating scene that ‘Jazzi’ divorced Mrs Cook & Curry up.

He said, ‘ I felt too ashamed to name Mr Longthing as a co-respondent in my divorce. How could I explain that to my parents and family. My wife had run off with a timeworn man, I felt suicidal’.

Meanwhile Mrs Cook & Curry up carried on as if nothing was happening. She continued in her job at Nottingham’s Crown Prosecution Service before taking on her current role with the IPCC.

Mr Longthing, a qualified surveyor and former seaman, has had a ‘deep fascination’ with youths and the Black community for years. He has held many highly paid and unpaid posts within several public bodies.

He has attachments with organisations such as NACRO and the British and Irish Ombudsman’s Association (BIOA). He has also been a lay visitor and a Trustee of Lambeth’s Police Consultative Group, during the period where the local Black community claimed that there was systematic police brutality, and even killings in most Lambeth police stations.

Many members of the public expressed their concerns that many unreported deaths had occurred at Brixton and Streatham police stations. As well as his involvement with organisations, Mr Longthing has written several times about ‘restraining techniques’ used on youths in custody as well as Black people on remand with 'mental illnesses'.

Therefore, we can assume that Mr Longthing can boast that he is now an 'experts' on "restraining techniques" used on Black young men and women in the country (UK).

It seems that these appalling skills are desperately needed. Since Lambeth's Police Consultative Group, has recently revealed, that Brixton and Lambeth now has the highest numbers of mentally ill patients and prisoners in the world. He joined the IPCC in 2005.

In regards to his chaotic behaviour, Mr Longthing’s wife, and their two grown up daughters and friends are devastated.

Mr Longthing’s bedroom antics and office shenanigans have sent shockwaves throughout the Brixton community, as well as across the country.

When interviewed, Mr Longthing’s wife Anna, broke down in tears as she told of her ‘pain’ that their 40 year marriage was over because of his 'reckless behaviour'.

Elderly Anna, speaking from the couple’s former £1 million marital home, off Abbeville Road, in Clapham, South London, said: ‘The last time he stayed here was December 19th  last year and I’m still very much upset today. It’s my birthday today, (25th July) so it is particularly hard that he is not here to hold me.’

Unfortunately, Anna should not look towards Mr Longthing’s employer, the IPCC for any sympathy or support.

Noticeably, the IPCC have insisted on protecting Mr. Longthing at taxpayers’ expense. Their spokesman said: ‘by staying with his girlfriend, Mrs Cook & Curry up, in Loughborough, rather than staying in London or returning to York, following meetings in the south of England, he has saved the public lots of money’. The spokesman continued: ‘Their relationship is an open secret, well-known, we all laugh about it and IPCC senior management are appropriately aware. It is not unusual for people to meet and have affairs at work, and their affair does not raise an issue about their ability carry out their duties as commissioners to the public whilst sleeping with each other'.
‘The last time we reviewed commissioners’ expenses, we found that Nick was actually saving the IPCC money by occasionally resting at home in Loughborough his colleague.'

He added ‘Commissioners who work from home are entitled to claim the maximum  travel expenses to work and 'other' destinations. Nick has done nothing wrong or improper, he is an upstanding man to his close friends’

‘Each Commissioner has responsibility for a number of British police forces and has to regularly attend meetings in London requiring considerable travel in the course of carrying out their duties. He has the support of the police’.

Babylon a put on the pressure - Film brings up memories of Brixton, bombsites and SUS laws

Marcia Kia Simpson-James.

Last night (Friday 2 July 2010) I watched a Film 'Babylon' which brought back some interesting memories.

In the light of Deputy prime minister, Nick Clegg's, and his politically 'gay' husband, David Cameron's pronouncements promoting their Freedom, and Equality Bills, I was struck by how very little has changed for Black people in the UK.

I hadn't seen 'Babylon' for decades. The fashion, and the speech brought back memories of me wearing tight hobble skirts, 'waffle' cardigans, and  medium kitten heels. The Black is beautiful lick was strong, and the new generational schisms were fast developing into what would later become chasms in the Black community.

Things were sweet! At least with the brothers and sister out there a street. Although I was not a girl for the dances, I would always receive a report about the latest dance from the 'bad girls' on Monday morning at school.

Those of us considered good girls, would listen intently as the others regaled the experiences of either meeting some good-looking man "inna dance", who could "rub down good".  The man was considered an even greater dancer if he could "rub out the pleats" out of a young womans skirt. This was no childs play as if we were playing on the bombsite. This was big man and woman business - a strictly Black man and woman affair.

Brixton's Abeng, was off limits to people like me. It was a mysterious place where only the badest, rudest, coarsest, young man and women went. I was warned off the place, by the woman who gave birth to me. She claimed to be a convicted  Christian.

However, unbeknown to me, she hated rasta, and bowed to the white man. She became a 'Lay-Visitor', an "worked with the police". I was living with a stranger, but had many of my friends from the estate, informing me that they loved me, but they hated my mother.

I was told time and time again, that she was "a police informer". This information was too much for me to bear, since, this was the time, of SUS, where the police euphemistically  "stopped and searched" young Black men, like clockwork, under the pretence that a "burglary had happened around the corner" or tell Black men wearing the popular sheep-skin coats, that "the mugger was wearing the same sheep-skin as yours".

The character Beefy, in 'Babylon' would fitted that particular racial profile.

The influential Rasta man, was the biggest target for the state and the police. Mr Rasta, taught the Black community about their "roots and culture", how we were the "original man pan earth", "everyting come from Black people", "Jesus is Black", and that white man stole us (Descendants of Slaves) and subjected us to "400 years" of abject suffering and pain.

In England, we were living a the bibilical  "Babylon" and modern day Sodom an Gormorrah. A state of sickening corruption, and slackness, controlled from the  "belly of the beast" by evil people, who did not give a shit about "The Community".

The only solution to our suffering and pain, was to "return to the motherland...Africa". Although I was "christianised", I rejected the corrupted white man's 'christianity' from the age of 7 years-old. I refused to go to any Black 'churches' and condemned those who allowed their children to be brain-washed and programmed by 'the system'.

I had plenty of older cousins, and relatives leaving Britain, to "go back to Africa". I was told how, 'Jamaicans' had gone to Africa and taught them politics, so that they were able to negotiate their 'independence' from the white man.  I later had confirmation of these facts, from the children and grand children, of the leaders of these new independent country.

The rasta was seen as a hero to the younger Black community, and as a potenial menace, by the older, more colonial types. Those of us born in England, did not believe that we had to bow and scrap like these colonial types. We were Englishmen and women, who could drop the patois, as well as the 'apples and pears' when necessary.

We saw no conflict with loving to eat our white and yellow yam and green banana, okra (yes man!),
saltfish, coco, chocho, Jamaican avocados (considered an 'unknow' exotic 'fruit'  in the 70s and 80's), Plantain, scotch bonnet pepper, pumpkin soup, so on and so forth with eating fish and chips or shepards pie.

We went to school with white children. They went to school with us. No big deal. Yes there were fight, disputes, etc, but if  there was a sports events, we unified.

This was also the time, where Cherie Groce, was shot just two hunderd yards away from where I lived at the time. we were neighbours. Police harassment of Black men was so bad, that people ended up losing their jobs, ( and hence their living), due to police. The would be harassed on the way to work, on the way back from work, at the weekends, at night, in the morning, you name the time of day, harassment, intimidation, threats, and attacks came in day and night.

Black men, were being "disappeared", "forcibly detained", "tortured" and "summarily executed" by the police. These racist police were aided and abetted, by many old Black people, who saw all Black people in a negative light. There was also a broader class of Blacks, and Asians (usually shop-keepers), who operated as "grasses and supergrasses".

The so-called 'eyes and ears' of the police. All were paid in some way, shape or form. Thieir ambition was to be allowed to sit around the table with 'Mr Charlie' and his wife.

Black and white started to become outraged at the high levels of racism Black people were being subjected to in Britain.  This eventually led to the Brixton riots. I was there.

'Babylon', though good, as a film, could not show the full extent of the abuse. More and more Black men, were being arbitrary attacks on the streets by the police. Black men, would literally have their balls kicked from under them, in the back of the police "meat wagon". There are Black men to this day, who can not have children because, they were in effect sterilised by these roaming 'gangs' of policemen.

Apart from receiving the political 'word' from our Rasta priests and priestesses, we received 'the word' from and through our music.

Reggae music was hot and strong in those days. Tunes with lyrics about "battering down sentence...fighting against conviction", "burn down Babylon", "Mama Africa", "Beautiful African Girl", "Black man", etc were all the rage. Those were the days. many a Black child was conceived to that music!

Even homosexuals wanted part of the Black action. They began to 'set' for young Black men, in places like Soho, and gang rape their unsuspecting Black victim. This is originally how so-called "mugging" came about. Older homosexual paedophiles, used to go around duping innocent young, sometimes desperately skint Black boys and attack them in a park, and 'gangbang' the Black youth.  This was considered 'shameful' in the Black community, and required revenge.

So, the original 'rape' and 'mugging' victims, were Black young men and women.

But, that was then and now is now. The new form of harassment works through the same police force, but now it has now developed into a "multi-agency" creature.

The police work with the council, who work with the social workers , who work with the local GP's, who works with the MP, who works with the local councillors, who work with the local hospital who work with the librarians, etc to destroy English-born Black people.

The sinister Project Coast, (A global,  genocidal, large-scale medical  experiment on Black people) is alive and kicking in modern Britain. This experiment is one mama that is backed by the likes of the European Union and UN. They (esp. the UN) have always happened to 'turn the other way', where this UK-based genocide is concerned, but now they are actively promoting the defamation of the whole Black community.

In the days of the film, 'Babylon', we defended ALL Black people (in fact all peoples) against oppression, and human rights abuses i.e. we fought against Apartheid. Now we find out that these fools, were jealous of our political activies. Jealous!

They deal with tribalism, we deal with humanity. That says it all. I'm not interested in Nick Clegg and 'call-me-Dave' discussing 'freedom and equality', why, because these old-timers are still on the tired, immature, racist lick of 'tribal-divisison. The day they grow up, and start approaching things from a humanistic perspective, maybe then I spend time listening to these two time-wasters.

Outside of that, they shouldn't bother looking out for me, because, they still have me living and Babylon!

Good Hair - The People love my long locks for religious meaning

Marcia Kia Simpson-James.

Today (Friday 2 July 2010) I was walking along, and I was stopped several times by mothers with children, who stood staring at me in deep fascination. They all had smiles on their faces.

Each child came running up to me, mouthing, "she has lovely long hair!".

Some of the mothers seemed surprised at their children's behaviour. Their children were completely ignoring them.

Some asked for permission to touch my hair. The young ones were allowed, the older ones weren't.

These children were of  every race and nationality. They seemed to appreciate the religious connotations.

However, the children and young people's response to my 'good' Black hair, is sometimes in marked contrast to this sweet response.

I have been asked whether or not I have "glued" my hair on? If I have "crocheted", "knitted", "Sewn in", etc my long locks into my scalp. I have ended up, on several ocassions explaining to these 'adults', that I do not know what they are talking about, since I have never worn a wig, much less subjected myself to this kind of abuse.

The usual response is firstly shock, then disbelief, then admiration. The hardcore among their number may even add "I didn't know Black people's hair could grow long". This last one always leaves me stunned.

Since this is my second time around, I have mellowed in my old age, and sometimes, explain to those who are interested, that I am a Nazarite. A proper old-school Christian, with links back into the long-distant past, al the way back to Egypt and Nubia.

The people love it.

However, 'tis a pity other Black women feel so insecure about their 'natural' hair, that they feel compelled to wear, hair extensions, wigs, the lot, just to cover-up their god-given gift of Black hair.

I'm happy that I have always had the confidence to wear my hair in a way that represents me,  my religious and cultural heritage. I only wish there were more who did not wear their hair 'natural' because they had no choice, such as through putting acid on their scalps to 'relax' it, or  being forced to cut their hair off because they have 'superglued' Indian women's hair into their scalp.

Good Hair -You bet I've got it!

Naomi Campbell Summoned to Sierre Leone War Crimes Court for "Blood Diamonds" Traffiking Case.

Marcia Kia Simpson-James.

Yesterday (Wednesday 30 June 2010), The Sierre Leone War Crimes court issued a summons for super model Naomi Campbell.

Apparently she had accepted a large "Blood Diamond" from Liberian 'Lord-of-War' Charles Taylor at Nelson Mandelas house in 1997.

If this is the case, Naomi has let a lot of people down, who have, (despite the evidence), bent over backwards to defend her.

One now has to imagine what she knows that this world court has asked her to give evidence. In fact, if we look at her past behaviour, especially, when her luggage was lost on a BA flight. One has to ask, why did she go so ballistic on the plane, that the police were forced to remove her from the plane and put her in the cells.

Did she wear a cap with Nelson Mandela's prison number on the front, as a 'defence' mechanism', and to compare herself to Mr Mandela, and others who have unjustifiably been detained by a racist state?

If this is the case, this woman, is one of the most despicable human beings on the planet.

She is already a self-confessed cocaine and drug-head, but even her consumption of drugs would be no defense to this behaviour.

Now we have to ask the question, Was Naomi Campbell a "Blood Diamond" mule for Liberian tyrant, Charles Taylor? Was she "carrying" when she lost the plot on the plane? Indeed, if she was a Blood Diamond mule, who is the 'fence' and what was her 'reward' for her duties?

This case is definitely of interest to the public, because, the Sierre Leone-Liberian conflicts have both ruined and cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of people; created two or three non-functioning despotic African states; contributed to the creation of a whole slew of child soldiers; and most appallingly, created generation upon generation of contemporary slaves, in the form of "Blood diamond Slaves".

The proliferation of an entire war machine, and arms dealing empire, that has spawned many "Lord-of-War", is also a dignificant element of this case.  The proliferation of arms, an the advancement of war in already vulnerable states, would then force us to direct questions to the British government.

What was their involvement in the Sierre Leone and Liberian 'wars'? Did they support Ms Campbell in here 'endeavours', or did they turn the other way, knowing that she was a risk to Britain's national security, and reputation?

The mind boggles on this one. One might even have to ask, why Ms Campbell's love life was so colourful? Does she have a natural penchant for white "European men" with their 'connections', or was she just happy to see them?

Did she suddenly make a shift to "Africans" or "Blacks" in some kind of sexual war-game, unknown to the public? Was she a tool used as a conduit by these white guys, to penetrate the African continent?

Does Naomi have a secret stash of "Blood diamonds" held in a bank vault, or even under her mattress? This is truely a fascinating case study.

Ms Campbell claims that she does not know her father. I can tell you that this is not true. I have seen her father, (who is a darker version of her), and he did not have the best reputation in the world. The same for the mother, she could be described as a 'soft' version of  lady of the night.

But that's then, and now is now.

If Naomi did involve herself with Charles Taylor, were there others?

I think its time that Naomi told us all what she has done and what her involvement in "Blood diamonds" is. If she does not, she will find that the public will not tolerate it any longer, and she will be sent to Coventry(Sorry Coventry!) forever.

We no longer want to hear Ms Campbell's sad 'disinfected' life confessions on Oprah Winfrey. We want the truth. The world now wants this loose cannon to get real, get off her high horse, stop behaving like a 'Diva' and tell the World truthfully what you have done! If not,  'Naomi' will find, that one way or another,  she will definitely be held to account.

In the meantime, we can only wish the Sierre Leone World Court good luck, and warn them to buckle up and brace themselves for this 'wild' trip.
