Police suspected of Murdering Black British Reggae Singer- Smiley Culture.

Marcia Kia Simpson-James.

Two days ago, the British police claimed that former well-known reggae singer, Smiley Culture, had "committed suicide" during a police raid on his Surrey home.

The Met police, who are notoriously corrupt, told the press, that they had gone to Smiley Cultures home, on a 'tip off'.

I do not condone or promote taking or drug-selling, but there is supposed to be a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. But lets not be distracted, let me tell you a story.

Smiley Culture (whose given name was David Emmanuel) sang a song in the 1980's called "Police Officer". The song was popular among the young, anyone who had experienced police oppression, and was even trendy with 'right on' establishment types.

Part of the lyrics went as follows:

"Police officer, no give me producer. Police officer no give me no producer!"

In those days, anytime a white policeman, (there was no such thing as a Black policeman in those days) saw a Black man driving a car, (especially a smart car) he would go mad, start jumping up and down hysterically, and angrily tell the Black man, to "pull over".

Then the white police man would rip and tear up the insides of the Black man's car, and if challenged, would claim he was "looking for something...and shut up chalky".

When they could not find  'anything', they would start to interrogate the young Black man, by inquiring as to how a "Black man like you" could afford "that kind of car?". The honest answer would normally be "I work".

The policeman would become more and more red-faced with rage, and eventually rage at the Black man, and instruct the Black man to "come into the station...I'm giving you a producer".

This meant, that the working Black man was inconvenienced by having to go into the police station (normally at a time when he should have been at work) with all his personal identifying documents, car-insurance papers, tax papers, plus his passport, plus proof of work.

Once a young Black man was caught in the white policeman's "producer" web, he was bound forever.

From that day onwards, that Black man would be "targeted" by the police, and no week would go by without these Black men, being called into the police station at least three or four days out of seven.

This caused many a Black man to lose his job, or to sell his car for the inconvenience, and even to turn to Rastafari.

Therefore, some Black men, got into the habit of asking the police not to 'give them a producer' (code for please would you mind not inconveniencing me).

Many a Black parent would accept the word of the police over their own children, and they would even throw their own children out of the home, if they were convinced, that the young man had 'embarrassed' them.  Many a Black parent, literally made their son's homeless on hearing that their son had been 'given a producer'. The term they would use was "you have brought shame on us!"

And therefore, Smiley Cultures song was one of the most popular songs of the time. A real social commentary, that even Teddy the MP appreciated.

So you can imagine the reverberations when Black people heard the rubbish spouted by the police, that he had "stabbed himself with a single blow og s knife". This is typical 'murder-by-police' talk.

One of the sinister things that the police used to do to Black men, was to disappear them. Sometimes, parents or girlfriends would be sitting at home fretting if their loved one, was late or 'went missing'. The odds of a Black 'disappearing' if he 'drove, or God help him, if he was young, good-looking and drove a 'stylish' or 'expensive' car. He would be a "target" for the police.

So the term "producer" was not just a reference to having to 'produce' vehicle documentation in the police station, it became synonymous with 'deaths in custody', 'getting a good kicking in the back of the meat wagon -e.g. the possibility of being made sterile by being kicked in the balls by policemen's steel-toed boots, or literally ending up with a long term prison sentence on trumped up charges, including murder or rape.

Getting a 'producer' was a deadly situation.

Hence, when we hear the police tell the world that they raided Smiley's home, and he "stabbed himself", this sounds like some kind of time-warp situation.

Have we gone back to the 1970's and 80's?

The Independent Police Corrupted Commission has been called in to "investigate" the death. What is there to investigate? The police murdered the man - simple!

Name the police officer who drove the knife in, and I'll call that news, otherwise, we are on the hunt for the bastard! Get rid of the IPCC, and lets get it on,

Whether or not David Emmanuel was involved in drugs is neither here nor there to me, I want to knwo who planned his murder, who colluded to cover the murder up, and who in 'High Places" is holding a grundge against him?

Is it Prince Charles or Prince Philip? Both used to hang out in Brixton - who done it?!

Former Brixton ‘Restraints & Death’s in Custody’ IPCC man hit by sex scandal and corruption allegations.

Marcia Kia Simpson-James..

IPCC - The Independent Police Complaints Commission.

‘Nicky’Longthing., the Shooter: Raoul Moat after his release by British police and the ‘Lover’ Mrs Cook & Curry up.

The IPCC’s Nicky Longthing became very close to Mrs Cook & Curry up after working together in Brixton, Lambeth, London and Nottingham.

Expense claims submitted by Mr Longthing show that he has spent hundreds of pounds of taxpayers’ money on first-class train tickets to visit Loughborough, where Mrs Cook & Curry up ,42  used to live with her estranged husband ‘Jazzi’. Former CPS lawyer, Mrs Cook & Curry up, like Nicky Longthing, is also an IPCC commissioner.

Mr Longthing is responsible for overseeing IPCC police investigations in the north of England, whilst Mrs Cook & Curry up ‘performs’ the same duties in Central England, travelling all over the country as part of her night work.

The public were recently informed that Mr Longthing and Mrs Cook & Curry up divide their time between their homes in York and her home in Loughborough. These travel arrangements have complicated Mr Longthing’s IPCC investigations into the recent death of shooter Raoul Moat.

The IPCC has strenuously defended ‘Nicky’s’ first class expenses, claiming the couple have saved the country time and money while on their ‘business’’.

The IPCC confirmed that ‘Nicky’ had claimed hundreds of pounds in expenses, to travel first class to Loughborough, and had stayed at Mrs Cook & Curry up’s home. They said, ‘it was cheaper to let him sleep in her bed than for him to stay in a London hotel or return to York.

Last night, Mrs Cook & Curry up’s former husband, ‘Jazzi’, complained that he had been a fool for letting Mr Longthing stay in the family home whilst he was there. He said that he had been ‘concerned’ over her intimate friendship with Mr Longthing.

‘Jazzi’, in his forties, said ‘We split because the marriage “broke down”... I asked for a divorce after witnessing their ‘friendliness’...  I am deeply ashamed, I have been cuckolded by an old man’.

‘Jazzi’ went on to say that Mrs Cook & Curry up had brushed aside his concerns over her relationship with the elderly Mr Longthing. He said ‘she told me that there was nothing to their relationship, and that he was a lovely “daadaa” (grandfather) with a gentle touch’.

He went on: ‘She was always texting “daadaa”, even at the dinner table. It made me sick. She would go on ‘away days’ and not tell me where she and “daadaa” were going. She even refused to tell me which hotel they were staying in.

‘On one occasion one of her work colleagues rang to ask where she was, it was then that my suspicions were confirmed’.

‘Nicky even stayed for two nights at our house once. He told me that he had missed his train, but by the second night I knew that they planned it together’. I noticed that she always acted very strangely around him. She was always giggling with him. When he wasn’t there, she was always depressed, and always trying to contact him to make ‘appointments’ with him.

Mrs Cook & Curry up’s still shocked former husband, continued: ‘In my culture,(Asian) we are taught to respect older people, but that changed when on the second night of him staying at my home, I overheard a conversation he had with his wife Anna. She was angry, and asking him where he was. He told her that he would not be home that evening. Mrs Longthing shouted down the phone, “You are not still with her”. ‘Mr Longthing’s face turned red with embarassment. It was as if he was a little boy’.

‘I challenged my wife on this conversation and she said, “Don’t be silly, you know he is our “daadaa”. It was soon after that humiliating scene that ‘Jazzi’ divorced Mrs Cook & Curry up.

He said, ‘ I felt too ashamed to name Mr Longthing as a co-respondent in my divorce. How could I explain that to my parents and family. My wife had run off with a timeworn man, I felt suicidal’.

Meanwhile Mrs Cook & Curry up carried on as if nothing was happening. She continued in her job at Nottingham’s Crown Prosecution Service before taking on her current role with the IPCC.

Mr Longthing, a qualified surveyor and former seaman, has had a ‘deep fascination’ with youths and the Black community for years. He has held many highly paid and unpaid posts within several public bodies.

He has attachments with organisations such as NACRO and the British and Irish Ombudsman’s Association (BIOA). He has also been a lay visitor and a Trustee of Lambeth’s Police Consultative Group, during the period where the local Black community claimed that there was systematic police brutality, and even killings in most Lambeth police stations.

Many members of the public expressed their concerns that many unreported deaths had occurred at Brixton and Streatham police stations. As well as his involvement with organisations, Mr Longthing has written several times about ‘restraining techniques’ used on youths in custody as well as Black people on remand with 'mental illnesses'.

Therefore, we can assume that Mr Longthing can boast that he is now an 'experts' on "restraining techniques" used on Black young men and women in the country (UK).

It seems that these appalling skills are desperately needed. Since Lambeth's Police Consultative Group, has recently revealed, that Brixton and Lambeth now has the highest numbers of mentally ill patients and prisoners in the world. He joined the IPCC in 2005.

In regards to his chaotic behaviour, Mr Longthing’s wife, and their two grown up daughters and friends are devastated.

Mr Longthing’s bedroom antics and office shenanigans have sent shockwaves throughout the Brixton community, as well as across the country.

When interviewed, Mr Longthing’s wife Anna, broke down in tears as she told of her ‘pain’ that their 40 year marriage was over because of his 'reckless behaviour'.

Elderly Anna, speaking from the couple’s former £1 million marital home, off Abbeville Road, in Clapham, South London, said: ‘The last time he stayed here was December 19th  last year and I’m still very much upset today. It’s my birthday today, (25th July) so it is particularly hard that he is not here to hold me.’

Unfortunately, Anna should not look towards Mr Longthing’s employer, the IPCC for any sympathy or support.

Noticeably, the IPCC have insisted on protecting Mr. Longthing at taxpayers’ expense. Their spokesman said: ‘by staying with his girlfriend, Mrs Cook & Curry up, in Loughborough, rather than staying in London or returning to York, following meetings in the south of England, he has saved the public lots of money’. The spokesman continued: ‘Their relationship is an open secret, well-known, we all laugh about it and IPCC senior management are appropriately aware. It is not unusual for people to meet and have affairs at work, and their affair does not raise an issue about their ability carry out their duties as commissioners to the public whilst sleeping with each other'.
‘The last time we reviewed commissioners’ expenses, we found that Nick was actually saving the IPCC money by occasionally resting at home in Loughborough his colleague.'

He added ‘Commissioners who work from home are entitled to claim the maximum  travel expenses to work and 'other' destinations. Nick has done nothing wrong or improper, he is an upstanding man to his close friends’

‘Each Commissioner has responsibility for a number of British police forces and has to regularly attend meetings in London requiring considerable travel in the course of carrying out their duties. He has the support of the police’.
