Europe’s ATV space freighter plunged to Earth yesterday ending its mission in spectacular style as a shooting star.
The unmanned Vehicle ended its life over the southern Pacific Ocean on Tuesday 21 June 2011 at 20:41:39 GMT (22:41:39 CEST) at an altitude of 80 km.
